Once your order ships you will be sent tracking automatically. If you did not receive tracking within two days, please reach out to email@example.com.
Sometimes unrecognized emails automatically get moved into the "Junk" folder, depending on your email host. If you cannot find the email there, give us a call or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For orders that ship from our warehouses, that are NOT freight: If the order is placed before 2 PM, then the order will ship the same day. If it is placed after 2 PM, the order will ship the next day. For orders that ship freight, it will depend on the manufacturer- someone from our team will reach out and advise once your order is processed.
